Mentors gain valuable leadership experience while shaping the future of healthcare in the community!
NGS x SREI Mentor Application
Summer Research Enrichment Internship (SREI) x Next Generation Scientists (NGS) is a high school introductory research program hosted by Free Clinic Project at UCI (FCP) and the Human Biology Club at UCI (HBC) catered towards students from underserved high schools. Mentors will work with 2-3 high school students throughout the duration of the program. Application is now closed!
Music Community Service project
The Music Mentorship program is a new opportunity that allows HBC members to provide musical mentorship to underserved students. The goal of this project is to serve low-income/special needs/neurodivergent youth (or even other UCI students) who do not have the opportunity to explore music due to lack of accessibility, whether that may be in terms of teaching styles or financial insecurity.
